Vivienne has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist for almost 30 years (most of those in and around Townsville) since graduating from Flinders University in Adelaide in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate Diploma of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Vivienne's family owned and run private practice. Vivienne's interests include (but aren't limited to):

  • Vivienne has previously worked for the North Queensland Fury in the A League, the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL, the Townsville Crocodiles in the NBL and the JCU Townsville Fire in the WNBL.

​Vivienne enjoys public speaking to community and education groups on a variety of health topics. She also conducts professional education sessions for government agencies as well as cooking demonstrations and supermarket tours.
